Hi, my Internet keeps dropping in and out even though the service checker says everything is fine any ideas?

@xel the result in the service checker  is from the last regular test, if you click through and run the test again it will give you the b=curent result. If the issue is still around this morning call Sky if the test doesnt tell you there is a known issue affecting your line. Some overnight issues are realated to maintenance work so if the line is OK this morning thst msybe whst happened.
