Broadband speed

Hi

One week passed , nothing been improved. Speed to my hub is  from 58Mb/s and maximum arround 75Mb/s . I can't understand what is going on.  I recieved replacement Sky Max hub but nothing changed. I sent e-mail to Sky , formal complaint no replay from them. It seems Sky left me alone with my problem. Screenshoots from today. If somebody can help me?
