No WiFi but app says we have internet
Our WiFi has been poor for the past 5 days and now we don't have any. Your app says we have internet into our house.
cannot connect sky Q box to the router also

Are the lights all showing as being green on your hub ?

Hi,
All the lights are on. I've managed to get some devices connected this morning but not all!
Rebooted the router a few times and all the devices.
Managed to get the Sky Q box and mini in the end connected!
Strange some connct while others won't.
