Broadband speed

I am only getting  32mbs  when I stand beside my router and even less when I go upstairs. I have recently got a new router that has not helped. I am guaranteed alot more than 32. I need this fixed or I will have to go with a different supplier

Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed is not the same thing as a WiFi Guarantee (which really isn't)

 

If speed reaching your Hub is below GMDS then you need to log a fault with Sky for investigation by Openreach.

 

The WiFi Guarantee applicable to your address depends on which subscription supplement (if any) you have in place.
