Not in contract at SKY end but in contract my end

Hi All

 

I recently cancelled my sky MAX upgrade within the 31 days cooling off period.

 

The t&c`s say they will put you back in the positon you were in prior which for us was end of contract Dec 2024, it now says July 26 on our account details, a helpful guy on the phone number given said at the SKY end it says "no termination or cancellation charges applicable" on our account but i think understandably that makes me uneasy going forward but i was advised they cant send me any proof of that ?

 

Any advice available please or should i just take them at face value

@PembsDan  Make a note of the date and time of call plus the name of the agent if you have it and keep it safe and indefinitely 

 

if anything goes wrong you can lodge a complaint giving those details and sky can then listen to the call if necessary
