No Internet Today

My internet has gone down this morning. It was fine first thing and now stuck on amber. Have turned router off and unplugged everything and put it all back in and reset router 6 times and no change. Done the service check and when it says it'll do a test it says they have an issue doing it at the moment. This is a joke now and I called and got cut off! Service is getting worse at Sky.

DId you try calling Sky from your mobile? When calling state your problem as broadband technical and hold through any prompts to go online or get an sms message

@jamesn123 I did call and got cut off. Ill try again after lunch. Other people in my area had internet dropping or off this morning too but Sky service status says no issues in my area.

Well the green light has just come on. People in my area have told me their internet keeps dropping today or not on but service status says everything is fine. Well something is obviously on. Hopefully it's fixed now. Thanks @jamesn123 @for your post.

Ah okay if others are having issues as well its likely an area issue so not much Sky will be able to do until Openreach look at it
