Broadband speed

I have ultra fast fibre broadband (and pay alot for it!) - yet the Mbps reading from my app is 69.6 at best - yet when Sky do the check their end they are saying it is double that.  The speed is relatively poor and not sure why this is not being picked up.

@WicketsEnd  Are you able to post a screenshot of this to show the speed test from the My Sky app and the history over the period.
