@Davieboy1690 run the Service Checker in the My Sky app which will show the current speed if you click on the broadband link a screen will open with the recent history and the guaranteed speed for your line.if the speed has dropped below the guarantee then the app should offer to book an engineer. If it doesn't call Sky.
The guarantee applies to the speed to the hub which confusingly is often not the speed measured at the device especially if the device usess wifi to connect to the hub. The difference is simply that wifi speeds are often slower or other devices are using the connection when the speed tests was run.

Hi buddy uve dine this fir days now as stated my speed ment to be 90 mbps but olny 50 . Something so its short of 40 mbps so I've been on phone to sky thay said there is a issue I should be able to claim compensation because my guarantee speed 90mbps and its olny at that 50 odds mbps I unplugged everything from router thay told me said thay would call me back if got cut of which last person did because I phoned 3 times and olny last person was really helpful im waiting for sky to contact me was told can be up to 62 hours so I have screen Shotts on my phone about speed and so on so but really annoying when ment to be service checker to do ureself and keeps producing the same outcome so a look forward to fone call from sky if thay phone me if not il go with another brother provider
