Hi,
My wifi at home normally works well. However, since last week, we found that the wifi drops irregularly, which is quite annoying and irritating particarlay during online meeting and/or connecting to remote server.
Based on MySky app, the speed is lower than what's guaranteed. We only have two laotops and two phones connected to the wifi.
We have tried to turn it off, and reset the route several times. These issues (lower broadband speed than guaranted and irregular wifi drop) still bother us.
Any suggestions?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tingyan If you are below your minimum speed that you are supposed to get contact Sky so that they can investigate the issues for you.
