My WiFi is always really slow I’m never receiving what your claiming to be providing
My WiFi speed is really slow constantly unable to download programs and the kids gaming consoles are always lagging I need it looking at as I'm not getting what your supposed to be supplying

@Fletch3 Can you run the broadband test and it should tell you the speed you are supposed to get between and your minimum. If you are below this then you need to contact Sky so that they can investigate the issue for you.
