Broadband speed below guaranteed minimum speed

Hi, we upgraded to full fibre 300 this week but our broadband speed hasn't changed at all. It's around the 70 mark (as has been for the past year), despite the new 200 minimum speed guarantee. 

The app keeps telling me there's an issue, then when I do the check it says all is good. But the speed never changes (into the hub that is).

I have not been able to find a tel number to speak to someone. can you help pls?

@Carmen14 The number is 150, dial that from your landline phone, if you also have a sky mobile then same number 150 also!

 

Service checker and your history if you look should see the jump applied to the FF300 mark! Use the Broadband and > to expand and see that!
