Broadband coverage

Hi, I'm finding that the broadband coverage in my house is not great. I have plugged in a WiFi extender but it doesn't seem to be making much difference and there's no light on the unit. I'm also paying for WiFi max so was hoping to know what we can do about this. Thank you. Kind Regards, Alasdair

@Alasdair_Barnet All about the sky Max pods etc from the sky help! If you have the sky Max pod, then the NO Light is the correct for working as you will see from the help or the video link on it!

Great, thanks very much for the response. I've been on to the contact centre so hopefully they have a fix.
