Broadband slow

I am getting constantly inconsistent broadband and errors. Speed diagnostic results in sky app I think frankly are false and do not correlate with 3rd party provider results. Half the speeds in fact

automatically Adjust my broadband to give time the maximum speeds that I am paying a lot of money for.

@Wayneb The test via the Sky app will always be different to 3rd party speed tests because they measure 2 different things, Sky's test measures the line access speed(from the exchange/cabinet to the router), 3rd party tests show the throughput speed from the router to your device and it will always be lower due to unavoidable overhead losses(over WiFi it can be significanlty lower).

If you believe there is an issue and the online connection test isn't showing any then you will have to call Sky to log the fault, the monnubity here cannot assist with that as we are just fellow customers.
