@EuanSainsbury you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Customers control the settings for Broadband Shield using the My Sky app just click on Product Options and Broadband Shield where if you are signed in as the account holder you can changectgecage setting orr turn it off completly
You only need to talk to Sky if you cannot remember the Sky ID linked to the account.
