Broadband problems

Hi, 

I have recently upgraded my contract to Sky Broadband Superfast, set it up on 08/11/2024 around 7pm, since then the broadband/wifi signal has been very slow, even slower than before the upgrade, can you help with this?

@Adam1168 if you have a black Sky hub can you post your hub's stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

 

If as it sounds you haveca superfast service over copper it does take a week or so for the cabinet to optimise the connection.

Thanks for the reply, I did have a black sky box before the upgrade but now I have a white one?
