I live in Helsby and cannot connect to my Broadband at all even after running all the diagnostic checks. Is anyone else having a problem in this area ?

it just keeps saying it cannot connect my broadband that's there's a problem ... no kidding !! I even resorted to unplugging and switching everything off and still nothing. When I went online at lunch time to report it told me I had a problem with my broadband !!!!

Which typically indicates an external fault to be logged with Sky and resolved by Openreach
