Still no connection waited since March this tear

I moved to a house on a farm in March 2023 and asked sky to supply us. 

numerous visits cancellations and problems as they need to lay cables across the farmers field (well open reach do) 

sky update me every 3 weeks or with the same message . Now they are saying yet again that they need permission 

from landowner who already signed giving permission to open reach when the visited a month or so ago. Im honestly losing the will to live

Unfortunately in any such situation the ISP can only relay messages from Openreach: an ISP has no involvement in the actual cable laying or the legalities surrounding it.
