Broadband not working

I can connect to wifi but cannot connect to the internet

What's is happening when you try to connect a device to your Wi-Fi connection ?

I can connect to wifi from any device but any attempt to connect to the internet fails

There is an outage in my area.
Openreach needs to fix it.

In that case Openreach are aware of it. Sky normally quote 2 WORKING DAYS as a potential fix time. This is the service level agreement in the UK between ISPs and Openreach for fixing a fault as Openreach claim to be successful within that timeframe in 85+% of cases.
