Broadband not working

Broadband is t working.

i have switched the hub on and off and reset it

@Clare141 You just need to check what is going on the lights tell you what is happening to the hub, and all this off/on and reset's does not help in the slightest when you have NO idea what or why it has happened! Links below may help you find out the what/why!
