Broadband not working

My WiFi has stopped working it has an orange light, I have unplugged, reset, held the button for 30 seconds checked all cables, still nothing but the app is saying it's fine. It definitely isn't, and I have sky glass so that means no tv either. Can you help. Thanks.

@Emalene you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum but from the number of similar posts something has gone wrong somewhere - the service checker takes time to catch up. You can call Sky to report the fault yourself.
