Wi-Fi speeds

Hello,

My wifi connection is absolutely shocking and has been for a long long time. It dips in and out constantly.

The Wi-Fi speed promise has never been achieved in months. 

I would like this looking into and a full refund .I believe I can exit my contract if the speed isn't sufficient.
