I'm in DA9 and my Sky Broadband has been down since 1pm on Saturday 31st Aug.
I spoke to Sky and they said there is a major outage in the area that they are trying to fix.
I told them the Sky App says there are no outages in the area. He said pay no attention to the App, it's useless for major outages.
Broadband still not working at 9am on Sunday 1st Sep. Sky said we would not be charged for the days without service.

Its been down since 8am today and I see outages comments today and yesterday

Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

We can't see your hub
We tried to check the connection to your hub but it's not responding. It might not be switched on.
I get this message, depite my router is switched on and I changed few routers, same problem.
double checked cables and renewed them, still same problem.

@Highlinder I'm in the slough area and have no Internet. Is the Internet down in Slough? I've done the check my network search and it states there are no known issues in the area.

This thread isn't related to slough @Highlinder , a mast has gone down in DA9/DA10 causing an isolated incident in this area
