Same DA9 any updates on when it will be back up and what they are doing about it?

Doent expect internet before tomorrow afternoon, if we are lucky.
If we are unlucky and its a major incident sky will post an updated on the service status page i suspect.

My broadband is down. I'm TN25. Not sure if it's related or not but my checker says all fine which it's definitely not

That could be a break in the fibre optic cable in your o n t box Los light is red, it's not copper cable

Am with BT, also in DA9 Greenhithe (by the station) Internet down since, fix time was pushed back from 6pm to 11pm, expecting it to be pushed again though

sky account is now finally showing that there's an issue in the area.
states it can take a couple days to fix.
I work from home so this is really not ideal😫

Thanks Squid please keep us posted as your fix will be our fix and seems you got better communications from BT! Be nice if they told Sky lol

Think my reply as gone on the wrong part of the discussion I was replying to someone who's l o s light on their optical network terminal was on and red, that fftp and could be an outage or a break in the optical cable that's all

BT are advising their affected customers to be prepared for this to be down till 5th of sept and sending people mobile routers to work around. That is not a good sign.
