@Justint8 Have you run the connection test?

If not it's worth doing so as if it finds a problem it should allow you to book an engineer, https://www.sky.com/pages/sky-com/test-your-broadband

 

It's worth noting that it doesn't matter that you work from home as that has no more priority than any other customer as your service is for domestic only.
