Hello, my broadband got activated today however, it is not working?
can you please explain to me why it is not working please take a look at the attached pictures.

If it's not live tomorrow please post back.

It was meant to be active yesterday on the 6th. Can you please look into this today

I'm afraid we are customers like yourself so you perhaps need to call Sky and see if they know of a delay.
