Broadband not working

Hello, my broadband got activated today however, it is not working?

can you please explain to me why it is not working please take a look at the attached pictures.

@Mxmss  It can take up to midnight for the account to update and your service to fully activate.

 

If it's not live tomorrow please post back.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
