Internet connection dropped last night, usually a reset resolves the issue but not this time. Reset hub, turned off at the wall, unplugged everything, followed all steps online and still no luck. Tried again this morning and still no connection, just an amber light on the internet, usually I have an amber or green light on the voice as well but there seems to be nothing. Tried to get a hold of sky with no luck, any other suggestions. Work from home and really need to get this sorted as using wifi hotspot from phone is not ideal. Thank you.
