Broadband not installed yet ?

My tv was installed on 14 th but I am still waiting for my broadband to be installed

Have you checked your Sky Account or MySky app for a status report on any orders that are in progress? If there's nothing there to clarify things you'll need to call Sky as this is just a customer to customer forum.

Quite possibly: television installation is carried out by Sky personnel, but broadband activation proceeds on an Openreach timetable.
