Broadband not connected to the internet

My broadband suddenly stopped working 3 days ago;  I have reset the router, checked connections, and triple-checked the connected hub.  All green lights are on, and the online connectivity test indicates no problem, yet I have narrowed the issue down to be a Sky Problem.  Please advise.

Yes it's not connected the voice light Amber the rest are green
