Broadband keeps dropping out

Over the last few days the broadband keeps dropping out. The middle button is keeps going off then takes a while to reset. I have ran tests via the app whilst it is out and the app is saying there is no problem which is a little concerning.

I've been having the same issue, and it sounds like others have as well (all over the country). Eventually managed to get the check to pick up a problem and it let me book an engineer - but it must have taken me 50 goes of running the check to even get that far.
