My internet is not working

My internet is not working on my router. Two lights are on, power and WiFi but that is it. I have done the Sky tests and that says it's all fine. It is not fine.

Same here , keeps buffering , can't watch anything

Yeah I've just checked my speed which should be minimum of 22mb & it's only 11.9mb & has been all month , ridiculous, my internet is always bad  with Sky

Same problem here - and sounds like a lot of others are also having this issue, right across the country. I eventually managed to get the check to come back with a problem so I've been able to book an engineer, but must have tried 50+ times to get to that point. It's just continually dropping out, orange lights flashing on the hub etc.
