@Tracy1603 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I am also having this problem today - sorry I can't provide a solution. Continuous drop outs, but the website and app insist its all good. Until thirty seconds later and I'm being prompted to check my connection again. Orange lights for internet and voice on my hub, internet sometimes flashes and sometimes goes out completely. What can be done if the website and app don't seem to think there is an issue, but plainly there is? (Glad I'm not the onh one!)

Thank you for replying I thought it was just me, my problem is identical to yours, so frustrating and Sky say there are  no issues??!
