Broadband keeps dropping out

I work from home and have meetings I need to be available for through out the day. Our Sky broadband keeps dropping throughout the day and this is most annoying when I need to be available. We were promised to have 151 mbps speed but can't even get our router to work. When the Boardband drops it could last for a couple of hours.

My Boardband keeps dropping off. Saturday and Sunday and now Tuesday morning off
