Broadband issues

We have been having connection issues this past 3 weeks. My son plays games online, his room upstairs and has done without issue for a few years but this past 3 weeks the connection drops off mid game and take ages to reconnect. He has been blocked from his valorant account for leaving games. We use a sky booster and normally don't have any issues. When happens all devices looses connection.

I would ring sky about this and ask them  to check  the line. And also use  the service checker  in the my sky app,  broadband  to run a check  aswell

It's a black router, I have done the broadband and WiFi checker on the app but not issues diagnosed.

@Dochouse  When these drops happen does the connection drop or does the Wi-Fi light just change colour? Seems odd the the Wi-Fi is the only thing that has dropped out in the 145 hours uptime going by your router stats. Can you keep an eye on it and if it happens again can you post your router stats again.
