Broadband issues

I have been having issues with my broadband for the past few months with it only working for the TV for Netflix and Youtube and nothing else such as social media etc. I have checked the service which seems to be fine and rebooted the router and nothing has changed.

You may need to adjust the age setting in Sky Broadband Shield.
