Broadband issue

Out broadband keeps dropping every 30min. It really affects my work. I run the test and apparently no issues even as I run the test when there wasnt wifi.....

Re: Broadband issue

@MartinaSIs this a new thing or just started?  What service/speed tier are you on?  Does it happen when close to the router or just further away?

Re: Broadband issue

I have had the same issue since cancelling my Sky broadband contract. Connection drops,  run the checks and it reports as all ok! Absolute garbage. Funny this has only started when I cancelled my contract. Stinks. Will be so glad when I have been migrated.

Coincidence.  Broadband is a heavily regulated business and no ISP would risk the wrath of Ofcom by doing something that stupid.

Ha! Impossible to prove. But I would not be so trustworthy. Surely you have seen what the Post Office got away with for many years?
