Was your broadband suspended due to non payment of a bill that you have now paid, if so then as well as clearing the bill (and you will need to pay the next one if you were 2 weeks late in paying this one) you will need to setup or set up again your payment method so a credit or debit card or a direct debit as only after doing this and that the payment has been cleared by the banks will your broadband be restored and do note that the banks will not clear the payment at the weekend.
