My WiFi cuts out daily. Can’t watch anything on sky glass without it cutting out

My WiFi is rubbish barely get anything on our phones and glass keeps cutting out all the time when we're watching tv. We keep having to reset router. Tempted to change suppliers as we are all tired of it
