Broadband issue

Can you advise, our sky broadband router isn't working, there is an Amber light on the box. The past 2 days we have had to keep disconnecting it and re-connecting and it seems to be working. Tonight however this isn't resolving the issue. Using the app I have done a broadband checked and this is showing OK, however this is not the case.

@Emma168 there have been a number of similar reports ialmost certainly caused bybthe recdnt bad weather. If you connection continues to be a problem call Sky as they need to get Openreach to check your line.
