Everything unstable
Feel like getting to end of my tether with Sky broadbank and Wifi. Unable to access apps as says i net network connection and now unable to watch TV using wifi as network is unstable. I phoned Sky again today and yet again they are sending an engineer. Service checker states all is good. Well, no its not apparently. To think I am paying money for this. Reported this a few days ago and it was being escalated. I am still waiting for the call back.

Re: Everything unstable
@JennieB57 if Sky have booked an engineer to check your line there is nothing more that can be done until that check has been done. There are loads of reports of issues following the recent wet and windy weather which means Openreach engineers are very busy so it maybe a few days before they can assign one to your line . Hopefully your engineer can spot what is wrong and fix it but that is not certain.
You will be due compensation after total loss of service for 2 working days see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
