Broadband is very slow

My broadband connection is very slow.

 

Every evening I am facing the same issue.

 

I am planning to change the service provider.

 

Not able to watch a movie , it's steaming and buffering continuously.

@Dhanoop It is unlikely to be the broadband slowing down in the evenings but check by giing into the service checker in the My Sky app where it will show the speed to your hub.

 

Much more likely is poor wifi signal in your home which is being affected by interference probably from your neighbours'  wifi networks in the evenings. Check your hub and streaming divice are in the best place which is out in the open on a surface. If you are using a streaming stick consider getting a HDMI extender as being behind a TV reduces wifi signal a lot. Also power down your hub briefly when the movie is affected as when it reboots the hub will find the best wifi channel to use.

 

However in some homes especially in blocks of flats streaming over wifi is never going to be great in which case consider using an Etgernet cable. Switching provider is not going to guarantee you eont get the same problem.
