We have upgraded to sky hub and its terrible, they WiFi through out the house is shocking

Since we've upgraded (downgraded) our connectivity is shocking, we don't get WiFi throughout the house, the sky q boxes work intermittently and I can't access my work files due to a known sky max problem.
