Can’t watch any tv and the message I am receiving is ‘no internet connection’. Yet all the lights

We have tried turning sky off,  but hasn't done anything!

@CAROL_GROWER Are all of your devices affected or just the TV? If they are there is a fault with the server at Sky's end. You can usually force a change of server connection by powering down your hub for an hour. 

If its just the TV the issue is likely to becthst it has lost its network connection to the hub.
