Discussion topic: Broadband is terrible or doesn't work if we're watching TV through sky

4 green lights on our router at all times. But regularly, if we're watching sky TV or streamers via sky TV, broadband to our devices doesn't work.

Have ultrafast fibre 150mb, so bandwidth shouldn't ever be overloaded.

Anyone else had this or have any tips? We've had a sky tech visit twice and nothing has improved
