Are you currently with Sky for your broadband, and has this fault only developed now.
The box that you may be talking about is the Openreach ONT, NO lights normally mean no power
to the unit, bad PSU, or box has gone faulty. Check if power socket is working by removing the PSU and plug in something that you know is good like a lamp etc.
Post back once you know if the socket is good.
