Broadband is not optimal and affecting connection for work and tv issues

Since joining Sky broadband we've had many issues with service consistency and having to reboot the router many times. I've complained about this and was told it would be investigated and had absolutely no reply or follow up which is majorly disappointing as we are still seeing issues and do not have confidence in this service with you.

@NWCF32  First of all you are not talking to Sky. This is a customer to customer based forum.

 

Are you able to give us some background on what has been going on and what Sky have done to help you with these issues.

Thank-you for your reply.
The sky app BB checker says good service, but when running a wifi checker app.. showing very poor signal and having to reboot multiple times, which is only giving short fixes. Our TV service has been impacted too. 
I have been speaking to Sky customer services and am pending resolution of the issue observed. 
I have a new hub being sent and informed to ensure plugged into port number 4 in the first instance, so will see how that goes and update on status next...
