Broadband not working tests say it is

Sky's tests show my broadband as working. When it clearly isn't. I am getting a bit fed up with this, I pay for a service and repeatedly have to chase up to get the service that I pay for. I look forward to the offer of financial compensation

And just like that, instead of it taking 30 mins to an hour. One me tion of compensation and it suddenly starts working again.

@Crpatt87 glad your connection is back up but you mentioning compensation had nothing to do with it Sky only pay compensation after 2 full working days without a connection. Far more likely to be a line issue that Openreach fixed losds around at the moment due to the recent rain.
