Broadband is absolute joke recently

I'm experiencing a really bad service the last couple of days , broadband cuts out every 5-10-15 mins and it's unusable at this point. This is ridiculous, can't even chat to a real person, got stuck with this useless chat bot ... 1 out of 10 overall
