Internet light off for hub

My hub has green power and wifi lights, orange voice light and the Internet light is off. I tried testing my broadband online and it says my wifi has an issue but then when I run the wifi test it says it's fine. I can't get to any websites though.

Can you let us know what sort of router & connection you have, we'll get you a step by step guide on what to check.

The most likely thing is that a connection between your router and where your connection comes in has dissconected. try checking network plugs from your router are all pushed in fully(but don't force them)
