Hi, 

we are looking to start up a new NOWTV full fibre deal in our house but would it be possible for someone to arrive earlier than the given dates as one of the people living in the house are moving in earlier? Like next Friday or the following Monday?

You'll have been offered the earliest available date, unless there's a cancellation.  Openreach is attempting north of 80,000 FTTP activations a week, so there's something of a queue.
